Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant Engineering disciplines. At least 10 years of experience in Engineering, Utility, Facility Management, or Project Management within a manufacturing environment. At least 5 years of experience in a Managerial position, preferably in Utility, Engineering, Facility, Maintenance, or Project functions. Background in garment, textile, or other manufacturing sectors is preferred. Solid knowledge of factory utility systems including electrical systems, water systems, compressed air, HVAC, boilers, generators, and wastewater treatment. Demonstrated experience in managing factory infrastructure, engineering improvement, expansion, and CAPEX projects. Proficient project management capabilities covering planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and project execution. Sound understanding of energy management, cost efficiency, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement. Familiar with relevant HSE, environmental, and government regulations governing factory utilities and infrastructure. Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal. Job Descriptions: Oversee and maintain the reliability and efficiency of factory utility systems, including electricity, water, air compressor, HVAC, boiler, wastewater treatment, and other supporting facilities. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for utility equipment and infrastructure. Direct and handle factory engineering, infrastructure improvement, expansion, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects. Create project plans, timelines, budgets, technical specifications, and resource requirements. Track project implementation to guarantee completion within the approved timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and external parties across all stages of project execution. Spot opportunities for energy efficiency, cost optimization, utility consumption reduction, and process improvement. Maintain compliance with environmental, health, safety, and other applicable regulations and standards. Lead and develop the Utility & Project team, covering manpower planning, performance management, and capability development. Compile regular reports on utility performance, project progress, costs, risks, and improvement initiatives for management.
