Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the same position. Responsibilities: Planning and Budgeting: Preparing the annual budget covering all plantation operations, including maintenance, fertilization, and harvest costs. Setting production targets and plant maintenance strategies. Developing new planting areas (if available) and oil palm replanting. Plantation Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing the entire cultivation cycle from nursery, planting, and fertilization through pest and disease control. Ensuring harvest and plant maintenance activities yield high-quality Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) in line with factory standards. Managing logistics and availability of agricultural production inputs (fertilizer, herbicides, heavy equipment) in the field. Human Resources and Administration Management: Leading and directing staff including Head Assistant, Section Assistant, foremen, and daily workers. Overseeing plantation administration, daily and monthly work performance reporting, and workforce performance evaluation. Maintaining good relations and resolving issues with local communities or farmers. Sustainability and Compliance: Ensuring operations adhere to industry sustainability standards such as ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil) or RSPO. Overseeing the management of Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) and environmental conservation practices. Implementing Occupational Health and Safety (K3) across all operational areas.
