In this role, you will lead the company's financial planning and budgeting functions, ensuring optimal resource allocation and strict financial control. As Manager Finance Budgeting, you will play a key part in developing long-term financial strategies that support the growth of our construction business. Tanggung Jawab Utama: - Develop, prepare, and manage annual budgets and long-term financial projections aligned with the company's strategic objectives. - Conduct in-depth variance analysis comparing actual performance against budget and identify areas of deviation requiring corrective action. - Lead the integrated financial planning process through cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment with the strategic business plan. - Oversee and manage capital budget allocation for construction projects, ensuring efficient investments and optimal return on investment. - Provide financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. - Implement systems and tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in the budgeting process. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and relevant financial regulations in the construction industry. - Lead and develop the finance team in budgeting and strategic planning functions. Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan: - Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance. - Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, budgeting, and strategic planning, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position. - Proven experience in developing and managing company or division budgets at a significant scale. - In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to stakeholders at various levels. - Good English proficiency to communicate in a multicultural environment.
