Main duties include participating in HR management training and rotational programs across departments and business units, assisting with talent acquisition, recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding activities, supporting HR operations such as HRIS management, performance appraisal cycles, and employee relations, ensuring all HR practices and company policies adhere to local labor laws and regulations, collaborating on strategic HR projects and organizational development initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention, and being willing to rotate across all nationwide branches of Sany Group as part of leadership development. Requirements: bachelor's degree holder majoring in Psychology or Law from reputable universities including Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Gadjah Mada, or Institut Teknologi Bandung; fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience, targeted for the 2025-2026 cohort; demonstrated strong leadership potential, organizational skills, and a passion for human resources management; willingness to be placed and rotated across all branches of Sany Group; excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with high adaptability.
