Assigning daily, weekly, and monthly tasks while managing workload across the maintenance team. Conducting troubleshooting on production and utility machines covering electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, PLC, Robo IAI, and servo driver systems. Designing machine components and proposing improvements required for production needs. Managing spare parts preparation and controlling the maintenance budget. Maintaining PLC & HMI systems (Keyence, Mitsubishi, Omron) through troubleshooting, monitoring, and program modification. Performing analysis of machine failures and executing corrective actions based on root cause analysis and the 5W1H methodology to reduce downtime. Coordinating with the maintenance team on breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance activities. Supporting the implementation of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
