We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Legal Supervisor with insurance industry experience to help manage legal and regulatory functions. This position involves handling ongoing legal tasks, maintaining regulatory compliance, and assisting with Corporate Secretary duties such as corporate governance and statutory filings. Primary Responsibilities Offer legal guidance and support for routine business operations, especially those related to insurance activities. Prepare, evaluate, and support the negotiation of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. Track compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and requirements set by applicable regulators. Manage corporate legal matters including licensing, corporate documentation, and regulatory reporting. Assist with Corporate Secretary responsibilities including organizing and documenting Board of Directors meetings and General Meetings of Shareholders (RUPS). Liaise with external legal counsel, regulators, notaries, and other stakeholders as needed. Recognize potential legal and compliance risks and propose suitable mitigation strategies. Maintain and verify the accuracy and completeness of legal documents, corporate records, and regulatory filings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law. Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the insurance sector. Solid knowledge of insurance regulations, corporate law, and regulatory compliance. Experience in supporting Corporate Secretary functions including Board of Directors meetings and corporate filings. Proficient in contract drafting, review, and legal documentation. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with careful attention to detail. Capable of working independently, prioritizing multiple tasks, and coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
