Responsibilities: 1. Oversee performance and target achievement of the marketing/business partner team. 2. Conduct market reviews and implement strategies to reach the established targets. 3. Oversee business process adherence to SOPs, both in administration and in the field. 4. Oversee branch/point portfolio in terms of quality and quantity. 5. Oversee team solidarity and manage internal team conflicts based on company regulations. Requirements: 1. Minimum Diploma education. 2. Experience in leading a team for at least 2 years. 3. Experience leading more than 5 people. 4. Minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Manager (Grameen System Financial Institution preferred). 5. Ability to formulate sales & marketing strategies to guide the team toward reaching targets. 6. Must own a motorcycle for work use. Benefits: 1.
