KOL & Campaign Specialist Qualifications: - At least 2 years of experience overseeing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and campaigns. - Demonstrated background working in the FMCG personal care sector (skincare or fragrance). - Established network of influencers and KOLs within the personal care industry. - Strong skills in project management and organizational planning. - Ability to think creatively and generate original campaign concepts. Job Descriptions: - Source, connect with, and maintain relationships with KOLs and influencers. - Design and carry out KOL campaigns aimed at promoting the company's products. - Track and evaluate the performance of KOL campaigns. - Work alongside the marketing team to ensure campaigns remain consistent with brand strategy. - Handle contract negotiations and oversee budgets for KOL partnerships.
