Responsibilities: Supervising and overseeing all employee work within the unit. Developing and executing strategic programs for the division. Developing and executing marketing programs. Preparing monthly progress reports for the unit. Meeting the financial targets set by headquarters. Reporting performance results to the supervisor or owner. Maintaining close communication with customers. Willing to participate in recruitment and training activities at the Head Office (Tangerang). Qualifications: Female who wears hijab, aged 27-35 years. Minimum education of Bachelor's degree (S1). Experienced in Marketing and team leadership. Accustomed to targets and pressure. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Must own and be able to ride a motorcycle. Placement at Cabang Kencana Loka. Working Hours: Monday-Friday 08.00-16.00, Saturday 08.00-12.00
