Berikut deskripsi yang diparafrasekan: Apply for the Kepala Unit or Branch Manager position: https://bit.ly/jobapplicationformhrwestbav Responsibilities: - Conduct surveys and socialize products and the company at sub-district and village levels. - Responsible for verification and scheduling of Kumpulan (group) meetings. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of their team at the branch. - Provide daily realization estimates along with information on the number of partners and actual financing needs per day to superiors and the team, in accordance with the agreed SLA. - Perform periodic monitoring of all registered Kumpulan. - Prepare monthly branch reports under their responsibility. - Lead weekly branch meetings to evaluate performance and plan for the following week. Qualifications: - Minimum education level of SMA/SMK, any major. - Minimum 2 years of experience in microfinance banking or business capital financing. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role (Supervisor/Team Leader). - Leadership skills, communicative, disciplined, and honest. - Possess a motorcycle and SIM C (motorcycle driver's license).
