Responsibilities: Ensure all Branch KPIs within the assigned Regional scope are achieved effectively; oversee branch operations in the designated Area through human resource fulfillment and management; ensure expansion of the managed area as assigned by Amartha is carried out properly; maintain portfolio quality in line with Amartha's goals and branch audit scores meeting management expectations; uphold principles of transparency within the branch. Qualifications: Minimum Diploma III (D3) degree; experience managing a branch; experience leading teams of more than 5-10 members; minimum 2 years of experience in Micro Finance as a Business Manager / Leader (System Grameen Bank / Microfinance financial institutions preferred); ability to develop Sales & Marketing strategies to guide the team toward achieving targets; must own a personal vehicle and possess a SIM C; willing to be placed in Amartha's area of operations in the Flores region.
