Job Description: Responsible for managing and processing end-to-end payroll using both manual calculations and payroll systems. Gathers, verifies, and reconciles attendance, overtime, leave, and other payroll-related data to ensure accurate processing. Calculates, monitors, and validates employee compensation components such as basic salary, allowances, incentives, overtime, and deductions. Oversees employee compensation and benefits, including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other employee benefits. Ensures accurate PPh 21 calculation and processing in accordance with applicable tax regulations and deadlines. Acts as the primary point of contact for employees on payroll, attendance, compensation, and benefits matters, providing responsive and solution-oriented support. Compiles and maintains employee files and records. Maintains and updates employee master data in HRIS to keep payroll information accurate and current. Develops and executes talent management strategies and people development initiatives (including rotation, promotion, KPI, sanction, etc). Job Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Management/Law/Human Resources Management. Minimum 2-3 year experience in related field. Experience handling HRIS (Sunfish and Talenta) is considered a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Able to join ASAP (Urgently Needed). Applicants must be willing to work at Central Jakarta.
