Build and oversee media planning strategy, including budget allocation, for advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Shopee. Set funnel strategy and define target audiences for each campaign. Run campaigns across multiple platforms following the established media plan. Optimize performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ads. Develop campaign performance reports that prioritize insights and actionable recommendations over raw metrics. Work with the Operations team on day-to-day optimization activities. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in an Ads/Media Planner role and a solid grasp of media strategy development and budget allocation across platforms. Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopee Ads / CPAS Shopee is required. Familiarity with programmatic advertising is considered a strong plus. Applicants should be capable of thinking strategically about funnel design and audience targeting rather than simply executing campaigns, and should have experience directing campaign strategy while delivering data-driven recommendations to the team.
