Junior IT QA at PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA, Quality Assurance role at the Junior level on a Banking project. Responsibilities include analyzing system and business requirements to inform test scenario development, creating and executing test cases covering regression, UAT, deployment, and pilot testing, conducting manual testing on web and/or mobile applications, identifying and tracking bugs clearly, collaborating with developers and business analysts on product quality, performing data validation and database testing using SQL/MySQL, maintaining QA documentation and test reports, and adapting to new tools and processes. Requirements include a minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, at least 1 year of experience as a Manual Tester or Quality Assurance, a solid grasp of SDLC and QA's role in software development, familiarity with test case creation, test scenarios, regression testing, UAT, deployment testing, and pilot testing, proficiency with QA tools such as Jira and Confluence, familiarity with SQL/MySQL, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team, and the capacity to adapt to new tools, processes, and technologies. Nice to have: basic knowledge or experience in Automation Testing, experience with API Testing, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
