The company is looking for an IT Mentor to guide ambitious students toward mastering Full Stack Development and becoming industry-ready. The role goes beyond traditional instruction, serving as a role model, catalyst, and source of inspiration for students. Responsibilities include leading technical instruction through engaging live coding sessions and 1-on-1 consultations to simplify complex programming concepts across the full stack, mentoring students on practical portfolio-building projects with constructive code reviews to uphold industry best practices, and teaching students to integrate AI features via API calls (e.g., Hugging Face) into their final application projects. The mentor also acts as a role model, providing technical support and fostering a collaborative learning environment to prepare students for the job market. Requirements include deep proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS (ES6+), mastery of one modern JS Framework (React/Vue/Angular), strong experience with PHP (Laravel) and Python for RESTful API development, practical experience with Git team workflows and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), proven experience using APIs for AI features (familiarity with Hugging Face is a major asset, and understanding of RAG is a plus), the ability to translate highly technical concepts into simple actionable steps, dedication to teaching and supporting students through their growth journey, and strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to learning new technologies. Preferred qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, and experience as IT Trainer, Mentor, Lecturer, Bootcamp Facilitator, or Technical Instructor is highly preferred. Holding a BNSP certification or other certification is also highly preferred.
