As IT Staff at SMA Global Darussalam Academy, you will serve as the primary point person for daily technical matters at GDA, responsible for ensuring school devices and network operations run smoothly, supporting IT needs for staff and teachers, and keeping the school website updated and secure. Responsibilities: 1. IT & Infrastructure Support - Troubleshoot devices (computers, printers, projectors) and networks (internet/WiFi) for school operational needs - Provide technical assistance to staff and teachers (including Google Workspace accounts and tools) - Manage inventory and maintenance of school IT assets 2. Website Management - Perform regular updates to content, features, and information on the school website - Ensure the website is accessible with optimal performance - Manage domain, hosting, and other website technical requirements - Identify and fix technical bugs/errors on the website 3. Security & Data Backup - Conduct routine monitoring of system and website security - Report and escalate potential security disruptions/incidents to relevant parties (supervisors/vendors) - Perform data backups on a regular basis according to the established schedule 4. Documentation & Coordination - Create technical documentation related to system and website management - Coordinate with the design team, content team, and other units regarding IT/website needs Qualifications: - Minimum diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field - Understands basic computer network fundamentals, hardware troubleshooting, and common office devices - Familiar with HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and CMS (WordPress) - Understands the general concepts of hosting, domains, databases, and website security - Experienced in using Google Workspace - Possesses strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills - Willing to work on-site in a school/pesantren environment
