Position located in Jakarta for a Trading company focused on Automotive parts. They are seeking an IT Staff member, open to Fresh Graduates. Job Responsibilities: Setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, printers, and various IT equipment. Installing and maintaining Windows, software, and basic applications. Addressing PC, hardware, and software issues. Providing support for Internet and LAN/Wi-Fi connection problems. Aiding with basic server monitoring and maintenance. Helping manage and resolve firewall and network security matters. Handling user accounts, access rights, and basic IT permissions. Conducting regular IT equipment and network checks. Assisting employees with everyday IT-related concerns. Keeping IT asset records and documentation up to date. Coordinating with external IT vendors when needed. Adhering to company IT security policies and procedures. Performing other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Fresh Graduates are accepted. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required. Strong conversational English proficiency. Proactive, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and capable of addressing IT issues patiently and methodically.
