A manufacturing company specializing in automotive parts is seeking an IT Staff Infrastructure (FG welcome) based in Deltamas, Bekasi. Responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring IT infrastructure such as servers, network, hardware, and software to ensure high availability for daily operations; supporting the ERP system by addressing user issues, managing access, and coordinating with vendors or consultants when necessary; performing routine backups, system updates, and preventive maintenance; configuring and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, WLAN, VLAN, routing, and Access Points; troubleshooting Fortinet firewall and MikroTik devices; managing endpoint security including antivirus, patching, and user access control; maintaining network topology documentation and IT asset records; handling user requests and incidents related to hardware, software, printers, email, and Windows OS; troubleshooting connectivity and data issues between machines (IoT/PLC) and IT systems; and coordinating with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve machine-related system problems. Requirements include an Associate degree (D3) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome; a minimum of 2 years of experience as IT staff in a manufacturing company is preferred. Candidates should be able to troubleshoot Fortinet and MikroTik devices, configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN, VLAN, routing, and Access Points with a good understanding of network topology, understand how IoT/PLC works on machines with basic-level troubleshooting capability, possess basic programming skills and strong logical thinking, and have good communication skills with the ability to work in a team.
