They are seeking a young, talented, motivated individual to join their internship program as Intern Customer Support. Position: Internship. Responsibilities include recording, documenting, and conducting initial assessments of client reports, requests, and requirements; coordinating with internal teams and following up on task progress to ensure timely resolution; performing testing and quality checks on fixes, updates, and enhancements before delivery to clients; communicating with clients about the progress and status of reported issues and requested changes; participating in client meetings and preparing meeting minutes, key takeaways, and action items; assisting in managing and monitoring website and application maintenance tasks, including task prioritization and deadline tracking; and preparing weekly progress reports while assisting with content input, updates, and maintenance across websites. Qualifications: familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, web browsers, and iOS/Android devices; interest in Customer Support, websites, applications, and technology; good communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks; proactive, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team; willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies; good problem-solving and follow-up skills; and good written and verbal English communication skills.
