Ensure that Bina Artha Ventura policies and procedures (SOP) are implemented across all branches by visiting and monitoring branches every month, and by coaching and re-explaining to staff for better understanding and correct process execution to enhance branch performance. Requirements: Minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor's Degree in any field; at least 2 year(s) of working experience in banking or financial services company, with experience as credit marketing officer, credit analyst or junior audit considered a plus; good communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with related parties both internal and external; target oriented; able to operate computer, especially MS. Office; own vehicle and driving license required; willing to be stationed in Bina Artha branches in Gorontalo area.
