Handle import and export customs clearance activities. Prepare, review, and verify the completeness of required customs paperwork including Import Declaration/PIB, Export Declaration/PEB, Invoice, and Packing List. Liaise with Customs (Bea Cukai), freight forwarders, and relevant government agencies. Track cargo release through to completion. Ensure all clearance processes adhere to applicable customs regulations. Detect and address issues occurring during the clearance process. Maintain awareness of the latest customs regulations. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Customs Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in customs clearance. Solid understanding of import/export procedures and customs documentation. Knowledge of LARTAS (Larangan dan Pembatasan), BPOM, HS CODE, Karantina, MoT import permit procedures, and product classification. Familiarity with the INSW, CEISA, PIB, and PEB systems. DJBC/PPJK certification training is highly preferred (e.g., Sertifikasi Kepabeanan Tingkat Dasar or Ahli Kepabeanan). English proficiency in both spoken and written form is an added benefit. Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure. Capable of working quickly, responsively, and accurately. Strong communication abilities. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
