Import Document Staff (Packing List & HS Code) at PT JASA ASIA JAYA LOGISTIK. Open to Male or Female candidates. Minimum education: High School / Vocational High School (SMK), D3/S1 degree in any major, with preference given to Management in Transportation, General Management, or Administration. Requires minimum 1–2 years of experience in Export Import, Freight Forwarding and Logistics. Must be familiar with Export Import documents such as Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Air Way Bill (AWB). Good English proficiency required; Mandarin is a plus. Detail and target oriented, communicative, and has good administrative skills. Interested and willing to learn about the Export Import industry. Must master basic Ms. Excel formulas such as SUM, IF, Pivot Table and others. Able to communicate and coordinate well with customers and vendors.
