Requires a minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Finance, Engineering, Human Resources, or a relevant field depending on the specific position. Prior experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality setting is preferred. Should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities along with excellent customer service and problem-solving capabilities. Must be capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team. Candidates should be professional, well-groomed, detail-oriented, and responsible, with solid organizational and time-management skills. Must thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality setting. Needs good written and spoken command of English and proficiency in relevant Microsoft Office applications. Required to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when necessary. For technical roles, knowledge of maintenance, engineering systems, and safety procedures is preferred. For finance and purchasing positions, strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation is required. For the Human Resources & Legal Assistant position, a solid understanding of administration, HR processes, and legal documentation is preferred. Must adhere to company SOPs and hospitality standards. Position is based in Ubud, Bali.
