Job Description: Oversee and ensure timely delivery of goods from pick-up through final delivery to the customer Coordinate with warehouse, linehaul, and 3PL teams regarding shipments Maintain vigilance on every delivery to reduce the risk of lost and damaged packages Monitor all transactions within the Hub Supervise the flow of goods entering and leaving the facility Train and develop the performance of staff at the Hub Requirements: Holds an educational qualification equivalent to senior high school (SMA) or higher Possesses 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator, specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field Experience in Last Mile or First Mile operations is a plus Thoroughly understands the full processes of delivery planning and warehousing Able to use Microsoft Excel Based in and willing to be placed in Kasongan, Kab. Katingan, Kalimantan Tengah
