Monitor and ensure goods are delivered on time from pickup through to customer drop-off. Coordinate with Warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL teams regarding shipments. Maintain oversight of every delivery to minimize the risk of lost or damaged parcels. Monitor all Hub transactions. Supervise inbound and outbound activities. Train and develop staff performance at the Hub. Requirements: Hold a high school/vocational school certificate, diploma, or bachelor's degree in any field. Have 3 years of experience as a Supervisor / Coordinator, particularly in Logistics / Supply Chain or a related field. Have experience in Last Mile / First Mile operations. Understand the full processes of planning, shipping, and warehousing. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel. Based in or willing to be placed in Kab. Sumenep, East Java.
