Job Description: Oversees and ensures timely delivery of goods from pickup to customer drop-off Coordinates with the Warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL teams regarding shipments Monitors each delivery to reduce the risk of lost and damaged packages Monitors all transactions at the Hub Supervises inbound and outbound activities Trains and develops staff performance at the Hub Requirements: Holds an SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any field Has 3 years of experience as a Supervisor/Coordinator, specifically in Logistics/Supply Chain or similar Has experience in Last Mile/First Mile Understands the entire planning, shipping, and warehousing processes Proficient in using Microsoft Excel Resides and willing to be placed in Tabir Selatan, Kab. Merangin, Jambi
