Job Description: Overseeing and ensuring goods are delivered on time from pick-up through to delivery to the customer. Coordinating with Warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL teams regarding shipments. Safeguarding each shipment to minimize the risk of lost and damaged packages. Monitoring all transactions at the Hub. Supervising inbound and outbound activities. Training and developing staff performance at the Hub. Requirements: Holds a high school diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any field. Possesses 3 years of experience as a Supervisor / Coordinator, particularly in Logistics / Supply Chain or related fields. Has experience in Last Mile / First Mile. Understands the full processes of planning, shipping, and warehousing. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel. Residing in and willing to be placed in Kab. Klaten, Jawa Tengah.
