Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description: Monitor and ensure goods are delivered on time from pickup through to customer delivery. Coordinate with the Warehouse, Line Haul, and 3PL teams regarding shipments. Safeguard each shipment to reduce the risk of lost and damaged packages. Monitor all transactions at the Hub. Oversee inbound and outbound activities. Train and develop staff performance at the Hub. Requirements: Possess an SMA/SMK diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in any field. Have 3 years of experience as a Supervisor / Coordinator, specifically in Logistics / Supply Chain or similar fields. Have experience in Last Mile / First Mile. Understand the entire planning, shipping, and warehousing process. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel. Reside and be willing to be placed in Tasikmadu, Kab. Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah.
