Job Description: Track and ensure goods are delivered on time from pickup through to customer delivery Coordinate with warehouse, linehaul, and 3PL teams regarding shipments Oversee every delivery to reduce the risk of lost and damaged packages Monitor all transactions at the Hub Supervise inbound and outbound goods activity Train and develop staff performance at the Hub Requirements: Minimum high school education or higher 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator, particularly in Logistics or Supply Chain or similar fields Experience in Last Mile or First Mile is a plus Proficient in understanding the entire shipment planning and warehousing process Able to use Microsoft Excel Based in and willing to be stationed in Kec. Batang Gangsal, Kab. Indragiri Hulu
