Responsibilities include ensuring implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and standards across all company operational activities. Conducting hazard identification, risk assessment, and ensuring implementation of control measures through HIRADC/HIRA and JSA. Performing periodic HSE inspections on operational areas, vehicles/units, and work facilities. Ensuring safety standards apply to transportation and logistics activities, including driver safety and operational unit readiness. Conducting safety induction, toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and HSE awareness improvement programs. Investigating accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe actions, and unsafe conditions and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are followed up. Ensuring readiness of emergency response, fire extinguishers (APAR), first aid kits (P3K), evacuation routes, and other safety facilities. Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, and company HSE standards. Supervising HSE standards implementation by vendors, transporters, subcontractors, and third parties. Preparing, monitoring, and evaluating periodic HSE reports and KPIs. Coordinating with Operation, Fleet, Warehouse, Maintenance, HRGA teams and related parties to improve HSE performance. Supporting internal and external HSE audits and ensuring follow-up on all findings. Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in occupational health and safety, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE in a similar position, preferably from logistics, transportation, mining, port, or similar industries. Must hold a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification. Must hold ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security Code) certification. Understanding of HIRADC/HIRA, JSA, incident investigation, root cause analysis, emergency response, and risk management. Understanding of SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 implementation. Understanding of applicable occupational health and safety and environmental regulations. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Able to produce reports and analyze data/HSE KPIs. Proficient in operating Microsoft Office. Placement location: Marangkayu, South Kalimantan. Willing to travel for business trips when needed.
