Seeking an HRGA Staff member with a willingness to learn, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to support Human Resources and General Affairs operations. The role involves managing HR administration, industrial relations, and operational needs to ensure effective and compliant business processes. Qualifications: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or related field. At least 1 year of HRGA experience (Fresh Graduates may apply if they have relevant organizational or internship experience). Knowledge of HR and General Affairs administrative processes. Familiar with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee administration procedures. Understanding of Indonesian labor law basics and BPOM. Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Experience in cosmetics contract manufacturing industry preferred. Knowledge of HRIS, CPKB, DJKI, and BPOM considered a plus. Detail-oriented, disciplined, communicative, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team. Responsibilities: Manage the recruitment process from start through employee onboarding. Handle employee administration including PKWT, employee data, personnel records, BPJS, leave, attendance, and other HR documents. Assist in conducting training and employee development programs. Prepare periodic HR reports. Manage General Affairs needs such as office supplies, office facilities, company assets, vendors, and office maintenance. Support company activities and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure HRGA administration follows SOP and company regulations.
