The role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, honesty, transparency, and a hardworking attitude. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Hotel Manager on annual budget preparation and financial strategy, managing inventory and cost control, preparing annual budgets in a hotel environment, leading teams, and coordinating across departments.
