Grand Kesambi Resort & Villa is seeking a detail-oriented, well-organized, and leadership-focused Housekeeping Supervisor to guide the housekeeping team in upholding high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all guest rooms and common areas. This role ensures every guest has a comfortable, pristine, and inviting stay. Requirements: • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a similar field (applicants with Vocational High School/SMK Hospitality backgrounds and significant experience may also apply). • At least 2 – 3 years of experience as a Senior Room Attendant/Senior Housekeeper, or 1 – 2 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor/Team Leader in a Hotel, Resort, or Villa. • Solid understanding of housekeeping operations, room setup standards, and sanitation procedures. • Skilled in cleaning chemical handling, linen management, and inventory/stock control. • Familiar with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) for real-time room status updates. • Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards. • Proficient in English (spoken and written) for basic communication with international guests and management reporting. Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate the daily work of room attendants and housemen, distributing tasks fairly based on daily occupancy. • Perform rigorous daily inspections of all vacant, ready, and occupied rooms as well as common areas to meet quality and cleanliness standards. • Oversee and track the stock of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, including routine stock opnames to avoid shortages or waste. • Hold daily briefings, grooming inspections, and ongoing on-the-job training for housekeeping staff to maintain consistent service quality. • Quickly detect maintenance issues or damages in rooms and public areas, then submit work orders to the Engineering department. • Work closely with the Front Office on room availability and status, and respond promptly to any guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping.
