Position: Housekeeping Coordinator (Immediate Opening) Work system: Residential (on-site accommodation) with roster-based leave schedule. Primary Responsibilities: - Operational Supervision: Oversee and lead housekeeping staff in daily tasks, including room cleaning, bed making, and maintaining public area cleanliness. - Quality Inspection: Conduct routine area inspections to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and established standards are met. - Inventory Management: Manage and monitor stock of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; prepare reports on needs and purchase requests. - Reporting: Prepare daily reports on room status, issues identified, and staff performance; report damages or maintenance issues to relevant departments. Qualifications: - Must be willing to reside at the provided mess accommodation. - Education: Minimum SMK (Vocational High School) level. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year of experience as Supervisor or equivalent position in a hotel, resort, or similar property. - Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques and products, housekeeping operational procedures, and industry standards. - Managerial Skills: Strong leadership, communication ability, and good interpersonal skills; capable of effectively motivating and managing teams. - Other Abilities: Detail-oriented, organized, able to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills. - Attitude: Honest, responsible, and highly proactive.
