Blanca is a co-living villas property combining contemporary comfort with Balinese hospitality. The property has not yet opened and is currently recruiting team members interested in joining the early stages. Requirements: detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness; diligent, honest, and responsible; able to work collaboratively in a team; willing to learn and develop; able to start work immediately. Responsibilities: clean and prepare guest rooms, villas, and shared areas to a high standard; change linen, towels, and amenities while monitoring room inventory; maintain cleanliness and order in all assigned areas; report any damage or maintenance issues to the supervisor; adhere to cleaning SOP and safety procedures; assist with the pre-opening process and ensure readiness prior to opening.
