We are a rapidly expanding sunscreen brand with a strong online presence seeking a Livestream Host to showcase our products and brand character on camera. If you are comfortable on camera, enjoy real-time audience interaction, and have a knack for persuasive selling, this role may be a good fit. Role responsibilities include hosting daily livestreams on TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms according to the content plan; presenting and demonstrating products with confident, persuasive selling techniques; interacting with viewers live by answering questions, addressing objections, and maintaining high energy; studying product details before each session and preparing key talking points; showing up consistently and professionally—on time, adhering to dress code, and with appropriate tone and energy; adjusting hosting style based on the livestream objective and audience behavior; and participating in regular training, performance reviews, and KPI check-ins for continuous improvement. Requirements include prior experience hosting TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or similar e-commerce livestream platforms; confident and clear communication, particularly in English for tools, reporting, and coordination; quick thinking and the ability to stay composed during live disruptions or unexpected questions; a high level of reliability with zero tolerance for unexcused absences; strong time management and the ability to handle pressure, especially during major campaigns; willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays; and residence in Jakarta with readiness to work full-time from the office. Benefits of the role include serving as the on-screen voice of a brand that is redefining sunscreen, collaborating with a creative, high-energy team that values passion and performance, gaining hands-on experience in the fast-growing field of livestream commerce, and receiving skincare perks, career development opportunities, and exposure to digital innovation.
