Candidates must be comfortable on camera, skilled in closing sales online, and able to perform well in a high-speed work setting. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary host for planned live streaming sessions, showcasing GOLO's products in a clear, compelling, and persuasive way. • Engage with viewers through the comment section, addressing questions about products, current promotions, and checkout procedures to keep the atmosphere lively and interactive. • Create a sense of urgency for real-time purchases through effective digital selling strategies to improve conversion rates and help meet Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) goals. • Thoroughly review product benefits, unique selling points (USPs), and updates before each stream; make sure all scripts, rundowns, and promotional materials are fully coordinated with the internal marketplace team. • Offer constructive feedback on live stream performance, monitor recurring customer insights, and help develop creative live concepts to increase future engagement. • Represent the brand with a professional, communicative, and polished image, making sure all product claims strictly follow company guidelines and SOPs. Requirements • Capable of representing the brand in a professional manner during live streaming sessions. • Demonstrated experience as a Live Stream Host on major e-commerce or social commerce platforms. • Strong public speaking and persuasive communication abilities. • Extensive knowledge of marketplace and social commerce ecosystems (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Tokopedia, etc.). • Solid grasp of digital direct-selling tactics and live-funneling mechanisms. • Highly confident, expressive, and natural on camera. • Strong sales-driven and target-focused mindset. • Excellent agility and flexibility to adjust to scheduled live shifts and changing broadcast routines.
