As HC Coordinator, the responsibilities include developing and enhancing FKDB’s Human Capital system and governance comprehensively, including policies, regulations, and SOPs. The role also covers following up on recommendations from HR consultants regarding job evaluation, position levelling, job descriptions, competency dictionaries, and assessments, while ensuring that all program recommendations and results can be implemented and monitored for sustainability. Other duties include designing recruitment and selection strategies and standards, employee training and development programs, career paths, and succession planning to ensure the organization has competent human resources who are ready to support growth. The Coordinator also develops competency models and KPI-based performance management systems as a foundation for employee assessment and development, and provides input on fair and competitive remuneration systems. The role involves preparing workforce analyses and Human Capital plans and recommendations for submission to superiors as decision-making inputs. It also covers coordinating HC functions across clusters and business units so that HC policies and standards operate consistently and comply with labor regulations. Other responsibilities include promoting the internalization of organizational culture and core values, as well as periodically monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of Human Capital programs through data and reports to support continuous improvement.
