Job description: Oversee students and customers learning experience at English 1 Center. Maintain close communication with classroom teachers and customers/parents to facilitate information flow about students learning progress and support school sales targets through promoting better students retention. Organize parents communication events (course orientation, parent teacher conference, achievement ceremony and progress update). Visit classes to assess students ability and discuss feedback with teachers. Check on students and reach out to parents. Facilitate communication among course teachers, parents and kids to monitor teaching quality and study results. Build and sustain solid relationships with all customers. Handle media hub for monthly report. Manage students affairs including processing payment, retention sales and customer satisfaction. Handle complaints. Requirements: Half Time Contract (5 working days/week) University graduate, Diplomate/ Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent Preferable with experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience Self-learning Open minded, excellent interpersonal communication skill both oral and written Self motivated, detail oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure Good English communication skill Multitasking person, Good organization skill and planning Pleasant personality
