Responsible for the learning experience of students and customers at English 1 Center. Must maintain close contact with classroom teachers and customers/parents to facilitate communication about students' learning progress and contribute to school sales targets through better student retention. Organize parent communication events including course orientation, parent teacher conference, achievement ceremony, and progress update. Observe classes to assess students' abilities and discuss feedback with teachers. Check on students and contact parents. Communicate between course teachers, parents, and children to track teaching quality and study results. Maintain strong relationships with all customers. Handle media hub for monthly reports. Manage students including payment processing, retention sales, and customer satisfaction. Handle complaints. Requirements: Half Time Contract (5 working days/week), University graduate with Diplomate or Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent, Preferable with experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting, or education line with 1 year experience, Self-learning, Open minded, excellent interpersonal communication skills both oral and written, Self motivated, detail oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure, Good English communication skill, Multitasking person with good organization skill and planning, Pleasant personality.
