Guru ICT (COMPUTER) SD-SMP-SMA — Metro School Job description: Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences designed to support their intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Help students develop the competencies and skills needed to function successfully in society. Duties and responsibilities: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the District’s curriculum requirements and provide written evidence of preparation as required. Prepare lessons that accommodate differences in students’ learning styles. Present subject matter according to Metro School guidelines, Board policies, and administrative regulations. Plan and use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, and equipment based on the learning styles and needs of assigned students. Assess students’ learning styles and use the results to plan instruction. Cooperate with special education teachers to modify curricula for special education students in accordance with Individual Education Plans (IEP). Work with other staff members to establish instructional goals, objectives, and methods according to District requirements. Plan and supervise assignments for teacher aides and volunteers. Use technology to strengthen the teaching and learning process. Help students analyze and improve their study methods and habits. Conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement through formal and informal testing. Assume responsibility for assigned extracurricular activities and sponsor outside activities approved by the principal. Serve as a positive role model for students and support the school district’s mission. Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to students’ physical, social, and emotional development. Manage student behavior in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct and student handbook. Take all necessary and reasonable precautions. Working days: Monday - Friday Working hours: 07:15 - 16:00 Recruiter requirements: All genders; maximum age of 40 years; minimum 1 year of experience.
