Qualification: Demonstrated prior experience in a Guest Relation Officer position or comparable role within the hospitality or nightlife sector. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities required. Fluency in English is necessary, with additional languages considered a plus. Strong customer service capabilities paired with a welcoming and professional demeanor. Capable of managing guest complaints and addressing issues effectively. Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality. Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
