GUEST RELATION MANAGER - JAKARTA Responsibilities include directing and supervising the full Guest Relations operation for one of the company's Lifestyle brands. Managing guest flow strategy, reservation standards, promotion performance, handling of guest complaints, and overall hospitality excellence across every shift. Making sure brand standards, service policies, and guest satisfaction targets are achieved at outlet level. Supporting the Operation Managers & General Manager in continually enhancing overall ratings. Evaluating customer feedback from guestbook entries and online reviews to recommend improvements for boosting ratings. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Guest Relations or front-of-house management within the Lifestyle industry. Advanced leadership and decision-making capabilities. Minimum Diploma level education and above. Demonstrated capability to manage multiple shifts, managers, and large teams. Strong analytical abilities and capacity to develop long-term guest experience strategies. Knowledge of hospitality and F&B management best practices along with relevant laws. English proficiency; additional language skills considered an advantage.
