Position at RUI Japanese Charcoal Grill, Jl. Bahureksa No. 21 Bandung. Responsibilities include welcoming and greeting guests upon arrival, managing reservations and guest seating, providing menus and introducing daily specials or promotions, ensuring smooth guest flow and coordinating with servers for table assignments, handling guest inquiries professionally and in a friendly manner, assisting with waiting list management during peak hours, and keeping the reception/entrance area clean and presentable. Requirements: prior experience as a host/hostess or in customer service is a plus; friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance; strong communication and interpersonal skills; positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset; ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced setting; willingness to work in shifts, on weekends, and on public holidays; basic English proficiency required.
