• Immediate availability required • Proficiency in English at an intermediate level is required • Welcome guests warmly on arrival in a friendly, professional manner • Handle reservations and walk-in guests while keeping an organized seating chart • Guide guests to their tables and provide menus • Work with servers and kitchen staff to manage table turnover and wait times • Take phone calls to process reservations and respond to guest inquiries • Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and well-organized • Handle waitlists during busy periods and give accurate wait time estimates • Address guest complaints or concerns in a courteous manner, escalating to a manager when needed • Say goodbye to guests upon departure to ensure a positive final impression • Support basic administrative duties such as recording guest counts and updating reservation systems • Stay informed about the menu, promotions, and daily specials
