HeyRCG is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its marketing team. Responsibilities include developing visual concepts, creating graphics for digital and print media, and maintaining consistent brand identity. The role involves close collaboration with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to turn strategic goals into visual stories. Key duties cover visual asset creation for social media, website banners, email templates, digital ads, brochures, flyers, packaging, and event collateral; maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints; brainstorming visual concepts with cross-functional teams and converting creative briefs into design solutions; preparing production-ready files for web (optimized formats) and print (color proofing, bleed, typography adjustments); and prioritizing multiple design requests while meeting tight deadlines and incorporating stakeholder feedback. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio. Candidates need a diverse portfolio showing expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling across digital and print formats. Technical skills should include advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and hands-on experience with tools such as Figma or Sketch. A deep understanding of composition, grid systems, image editing, and digital media formats is expected, along with strong communication skills, openness to constructive feedback, and the ability to manage time independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro), experience with HTML/CSS or email marketing builders (such as Mailchimp, Figma-to-code plugins), and familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital accessibility (WCAG) standards.
