The company is looking for an experienced General Manager to handle daily management and overall performance. The role involves working directly with the owner to oversee operations, production, employees, purchasing, suppliers, financial performance, quality standards, and business development. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone ready to take responsibility, make decisions, solve problems, and ensure all operations run efficiently and professionally. Key responsibilities include: overseeing day-to-day operations; managing food production and operational activities; leading and developing the team; recruiting, training, and managing employees; maintaining food quality, hygiene, safety, and product consistency; managing purchasing, inventory, suppliers, and production needs; monitoring budgets, costs, expenses, and financial performance; improving operational systems, processes, and procedures; achieving production targets and deadlines; building relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners; identifying ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs; assisting with new product development and business growth; resolving operational and employee issues; collaborating with owners on business strategy; ensuring compliance with food production regulations in Indonesia; and handling all customer orders from Instagram and WhatsApp Business. Requirements: experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, or similar senior role; production experience; a background in food, manufacturing, hospitality, or FMCG is a significant advantage; excellent written and spoken English is a must; strong leadership and team management; excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; strong understanding of finance and business; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; high attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; confidence in decision-making and accountability; proactive, hands-on, reliable, and professional; strong understanding of quality control and operational efficiency; must be an Indonesian citizen. The ideal candidate should be a leader capable of managing a diverse team, maintaining high standards, identifying problems early, and driving continuous improvement. They must be comfortable working on the production floor, in meetings, managing employees, liaising with suppliers, and working directly with the company owner, while being honest, trustworthy, responsible, ambitious, solution-oriented, and passionate about building a successful business.
