Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, Project Management, or a related function. Prior experience managing office renovation, space planning, rebranding, or other facility development projects is required. Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of project management processes including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring, along with good vendor management, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary, with the ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities. Willingness to be located in Jakarta/Surabaya is required.
