Manage company assets, insurance policies, and claims related to vehicles, buildings, equipment, projects, and cargo. Handle coordination with internal PICs, insurance providers, and vendors on data collection, policy administration, claims, and follow-up processes. Oversee risk management, ISO/IMS compliance, audits, and corrective actions involving company assets and operations. Develop and maintain accurate reports on assets, insurance, claims, risk, premiums, and KPIs. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree minimum in Management, Accounting, or related disciplines, along with at least 3 years of experience in General Affairs, Risk Management, Insurance, Asset Management, or Audit. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of asset administration, insurance management, claims handling, and risk analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and familiarity with ERP/asset management systems are required. The role demands a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
