Job Description: Review SR and WI before pattern, marker, and sample processes start. Schedule, coordinate, and monitor pattern, marker, and sample work. Input marker costing, follow up on production markers, and update marker and sample data. Follow up on dummy, production, photoshoot, and approval samples each season. Check materials and shipping samples before dispatch. Follow up on fabric reject issues from Pemalang until resolution. Conduct pre-production sample fittings with buyers and designers. Coordinate with designers on development samples. Provide technical guidance in the Sample Room to improve efficiency. Suggest new or improved product standards and related SOP changes. Hold weekly briefings. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree. Experience as a Garment Tech or in garment QA. Strong product knowledge and garment technical skills. Knowledge of pattern making, grading, production process, and garment quality. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
